FloraGLO® Lutein

DSM markets Kemin Health’s FloraGLO® brand lutein, the purified form of lutein, used as an ingredient in hundreds of multivitamins, eye formulas, supplements and personal care products throughout the world. Acknowledged worldwide as a primary nutrient for healthy eyes, FloraGLO® lutein continues its market leadership position. In 2006, Kemin gained recognition for their involvement in new research designed to demonstrate lutein’s significant role in skin health. Topline results of a new European human clinical trial on oral intake of FloraGLO® lutein and improvement in skin hydration and elasticity were unveiled in Paris. This study has been accepted for publication in a dermatological journal in early 2007.
